    I just started a new website http://www.buildfamilysuccess.com and http://www.greathomebased.com.

    I want to earn a substantial ad revenue while buying cheap advertising. Some methods I am using are low pay per click, targeted pop up and under, and Guaranteed Signups. I plan to get professional ad placement on Craigslist, use a bot to build my friends list on myspace and pay a pro to submit articles throughout the web.

    What feedback do you have from what i just told you? I used your autoresponder a few years back, and have been in the internet business for a few years; however, I mostly used pay per click in the past without any ad revenue.

    Thanks for your question! Its a good one also.

    You have a really good game plan Thomas. Everything you are doing will bring you traffic.

    From reviewing your websites what I see that you need to do ASAP is this:

    1. You need more "UNIQUE" content on your websites. Add a articles section to both of them and get someone to write articles for you that are targeted to your keywords that fit your topic. Use a keyword tool and start generating some keywords that are targeted to your websites. Here is a Free one in case you don't have one:

    I would not let someone start submiting articles for you until you "beef" up your websites a little more with some content.

    After you have did this step, go with your game plan of submitting articles all over the internet.

    I see you are capturing your visitors Name and Email on your websites. Are you sending them a weekly or monthly newsletter yet?

    If not. You should because you could send out a email to them to a page with your adsense ads on them and now you are creating revenue from people who had visted your website in the past. This would be your backend.

    I would create a better offer on your subscribe box so it intices them to signup for your newsletter.

    Create a free report and offer it to them for signing up. And every week or month send them a article about your subject with adsense ads on them and you will create income from that. And this did not cost you a dime of advertising.

    My personal opinion Thomas is this about adsense and advertising revenue websites. I want to get the traffic Free.. So concentrate more on getting free traffic from the search engines. And adding keyword targeted articles to your website and submitting articles to these article directorys will really help you make more money.

    Thanks for your kind words. I really appreciate it very much.

    I am doing SUPER great! I have never felt better in my life.

    I did not know how bad I really felt when I was on dialysis.

    10 years taking the treatments made me forget how it felt to be healthy.

    The first 3 weeks after the surgery was hard. At first I thought I had made a mistake, but now if anyone who is on dialysis ask me was it worth it.

    I would defintely tell them to go for it.

    I have to take 42 pills a day to keep the kidney from rejecting but it is much better than going to dialysis 3 to 4 times a week for 5 hours at a time.

    Jeff, Second thought about MMS-Chlorine Dioxide, I t will kill every Negative microbe in your body and take out all heavy metals and toxins.
    I'm not sure what it will do to a foriegn body like that Kidney though.
    But the other two Serrapeptase and FrequenSea will definitely help you to the max.

    I don't have a question at this time but I'm sure I'm going to need help very soon so please brush up on your Vista. (Darn I don't like that program)

    Jeff I just want to tell you I'm so happy you were able to get your Kidney and that it's working for you. I know that is a very tricky operation and that the success rate can be very questionable, and I know very soon now you will be up and about and getting on with your life. I'm very sure God still has a plan for you and work for you to do.

    Mel,

    Yeah that is correct. I was taking vitamin B 12 and I had to stop it cold turkey because it was screwing up my blood labs..

    My Dr told me to not take anything that he does not approve of. He said a year after my surgery I will be able to start back on my B 12.

    It depends on what you are trying to do with the blog. You just trying to build a following?

    Are you trying to earn some revenue with it?

    Anyway if you could comment again on what exactly your end goal is for the blog would help me alot.

    But just looking at it. I would fix the broken banners and links that are on the blog. Ex. Traffic Geyser link.

    You are building a list which is great, are you emailing them often?

    If the content that you have on your blog is your content and is unique you are on the right track to get some free search engine rankings.

    But I checked to see how many back links you have and you don't have any. So I would work on getting some backlinks from other websites or blogs..

    Just by doing some simple blog commenting and leaving your URL in your comment would give you a boost in your Search engine rankings. And some referral traffic.

    Adscan I would also change your title tag to something that you are trying to rank for in the search engines. Like my site is about poker supplies..

    If you read my title tag it says:

    And if you are trying to monetize your blog I would insert adsense code on there to get some extra money flowing to you.

    If you do have a list building email them everytime you post a new entrie on your blog to keep them coming back. This is so powerful..

    Sounds like you're learning this stuff real well.

    What would be the best strategy if I couldn't pay someone but needed to submit my site to some directories? I'd like to do 3-5 per day. The site I'm using is six years old and is a PR2.

    I seemed to have had some luck finding good places to post using a command Brian Garvin gave me called

    Kevin,

    Since I have not heard back from you yet about your real estate question. I will give it a shot anyway.

    Sounds like your have a "ARM" Adjustable Rate Mortgage. And your interest rate is adjusting..

    Like everyone already know,the real estate market is in the tank right now, but it will come back.

    Personally, I would not try to sell my house right now if I could afford the monthly payments. You are not going to get your asking price. Plus then if you list it with a realtor, your looking at another 6% to 7%.

    On a 100k house that could be 6k to 7k

    Not only that, the average house is taking 10 months or more to sell in this market. So now you are going to have to pay a holding fee.

    If your monthly payment is $1000 that could end up costing you 10k in equity. (If you have some in your house)

    Then you are going to have to prepare the house to sell. You might need to do some minor fix-ups to get it up to par to start showing it to buyers.

    Remember, I dont the situaton.. This is just hypothetical.

    This would be my solution if I had this situation that I just wrote about above.

    First I would put a hand written sign in my yard. Not one of those commercial signs you can get from lowes or home depot.. I'm talking about a big piece of bright yellow card board that you can get from walmart.

    Put it on two wooden stakes, by stapling the board to the stakes.

    Take a big fat stinky black marker and write this on it.

    When these people call you want to find out if they have some money you want at least 3k to 5k depends
    on how much your house is worth.

    Make sure they got a job and can verify it. Put them through a credit check also. Just to make sure they are in enough good condtion to get a loan the traditional way down the road. 1-3 years..

    You can get a Mortgage guy to do this for you. He can tell you exactly when they will be able to qualify. Plus check there credit.

    Reason to do this? The people who call might already qualify for a loan, but dont think they can because they had past problems.

    So find this info out first. Just remember the people who will call the number are people who want to own a home one day but have credit issues.

    Some will be bad apples,that is why you have to screen them well. But I promise your going to find a family who are really good people who are in a crunch and just want a chance to own a home.

    So here is the plan once you find that person/family who has a NON-Refundable down payment Rent to Own Fee.

    Get the down payment from them, tell them that they have three years to exercise there option to buy the house. During that time they have to get there credit in better condition so they can qualify to buy your house.

    What this does is not make you a landlord. These people don't have the mindset as renters. They have the mindset of buying this home.

    Right up front you tell them and have it in the contracts that they are responsable for any fixups. The toliet stops working they fix it. The roof starts leaking they have to fix it. The heat pump has a problem they fix it.

    So they pay you a non refundable down payment and start taking over your mortgage payments. They take care all of the problems that arise with the house. (They have to notify you of the problems,but you dont fix them)

    And guess what, if they stop paying you.. You can Evict them..
    You don't have to foreclose on them because they dont own the home yet. You still own the home.

    And ony about 30% of these people will actually go through getting a loan to buy you out..

    So when this family leaves. You can do the same thing all over again.

    But this method can help you keep your house and not screw up your credit until the market comes back.

    You put your target keyword in the software. example: Poker

    It will go out and find all the different types of blogs that are related to poker. WordPress blogs,Typepad,blogger etc.

    And it makes it so easy to just surf from one blog to another. Super fast link building from real blogs.. Search engines love this stuff. Plus the software has a feature where it finds blogs who are no=following there links.

    Also richard you can go to google and do a search like this to find some directorys to submit to.

    Hi Jeff, I am glad that you are well and everything worked out good for you. This is a very nice way of giving back.
    Maybe you are the one that could help me in this but I always wanted a extra income from the internet so that I didn't have to worry about bills or my future and I can work from home. I have been in programs and lost money and some I never started because the tech side of them were to complicating so I gave up and I didn't get much help from the person who sold them on the internet. Do you know which business opportunity I can start on the internet and make a steady income from and where I can find help with the program? I keep saying that there has to be a way to make money on here because the guru's are doing and so are others. I just want to pay my bills and save up for a place to own. I am also interested in "rent to own" Thanks for any help you can offer.
